Assistant Service Manager - Myers Kanata Hyundai

ASSISTANT SERVICE MANAGER

Our service department is growing! Myers Kanata Hyundai has an opening for an Assistant Service Manager. This is a great opportunity with room for advancement. 

As the Assistant Service Manager, your responsibilities will be to:

  • Ensure complete customer satisfaction, production, and profitability of the service department including the performance of individuals.
  • Ensure compliance with Hyundai policies and procedures by all personnel.
  • Hire and oversee ongoing training of all service personnel.
  • Develop and implement continuous statistical reports 
  • Implement ongoing strategies for service merchandising.
  • Participate actively in regular dealer meetings and departmental sales and profit forecasts. 

Candidates must:

  • Have effective communication skills, leadership skills, and strong skills in customer relations
  • Have experience working in a dealership environment
  • Bilingualism is an asset but not a pre-requisite.
  • Experience using ERAccess is an asset
