Assistant Parts Manager Required

Myers Kanata Hyundai is growing again and looking to add a qualified, highly motivated Assistant Parts Manager for its high-paced Parts Department. Our number one priority is delivering excellent customer service while ensuring teamwork between our departments.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Enforcing & monitoring guidelines to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
• Performing counterman position duties and provide technical assistance to Parts Consultants when needed
• Assisting and overseeing all aspects of shipping & receiving
• Supervision of all Parts Consultants
• Managing the parts department in the absence of the Parts Manager

Candidates must:

• Have effective communication skills, leadership skills and strong skills in customer relations
• Have experience working in a dealership environment
• Bilingualism is an asset but not a pre-requisite
• Experience using ERAccess is an asset
