There’s the standard 3.6 L Pentastar VVT V6, Canada’s Best Selling Engine, with 285 horsepower, 260 lb-ft of torque, and an available eTorque Mild-Hybrid System that adds 90 lb-ft of supplemental launch torque. New for 2020 is the available 3.0 L EcoDiesel V6 engine with 260 horsepower and 442 lb-ft of torque. As always, there’s also the available 2.0 L direct-injection turbo engine with 270 horsepower and 295 lb-ft of torque with the option of adding the eTorque Mild-Hybrid System as well.
The Jeep Wrangler continues to be an all-season, all-capable icon with 3 powerful 4×4 systems including the Selec-Trac 4×4 system that’s available on Sahara models. This system has an always active 4×4 transfer case to analyze the situation and send torque where it’s most needed while automatically switching to 4WD for continuous, optimum traction.
