Accounting Clerk

 

Myers Automotive Group has an immediate opening for an energetic individual to join our team as an accounting/deal closing clerk.

This is a full-time position.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Prepare & post Daily Bank Deposit
  • Accurately record vehicle sales
  • Payout floor plan amount after vehicle delivery
  • Prepare and remit all payments for warranties sold and other remittances
  • New and Used inventory count
  • Assist in closing month-end and year-end

Qualifications:

  • Post Secondary education
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Experience in a dealership setting
  • Accounting experience is considered an asset.
