Service Advisor Required

Myers Barrhaven Hyundai – located at 4115 Strandherd Dr – is looking for a qualified, highly motivated individual to join our fast-paced service department as a Service Advisor.

Tasks include, but are not limited to:

• Advising customers on the care of their vehicles and the value of maintaining their vehicles
• Scheduling service appointments
• Dealing with customer’s inquiries and complaints
• Following up on the progress of each repair order during the day, ensuring to contact the customer by telephone regarding changes in the estimate or time promised
• Handling telephone inquiries regarding work in progress and appointments and returning phone messages promptly
• Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Must have customer service experience
• Must have sales experience – retail sales experience is acceptable – as you will be responsible for upselling products when necessary
• Knowledge of Hyundai service and Reynolds & Reynolds are considered strong assets
• Bilingualism is an asset but not required
