Experienced Service Advisors Required

Myers Kanata Hyundai – located in the Palladium Auto Park – is looking for qualified, highly motivated individuals to join our fast-paced service department as a full-time Service Advisor.

We are hiring for both daytime (shifts vary) and nighttime (2pm-10pm) positions. Please specify which you are interested in.

Tasks include, but are not limited to:

• Advising customers on the care of their vehicles and the value of maintaining their vehicles
• Scheduling service appointments
• Dealing with customer’s inquiries and complaints
• Following up on the progress of each repair order during the day, ensuring to contact the customer by telephone regarding changes in the estimate or time promised
• Handling telephone inquiries regarding work in progress and appointments and returning phone messages promptly
• Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Must have experience in the automotive industry
• Knowledge of Hyundai service and Reynolds & Reynolds are considered strong assets
• Bilingualism is an asset but not required
